looks like its based off of jdeveloper code. Same look and feel. The connection
thing is somewhat annoying. I like the way toad will go out and find your
oracle homes and you can tell it to use one of your tnsnames files so you don't
have to set up your connections. This can be really annoying when you have alot
of databases.
