That is the entry from the trace file.  It appears over and over.

"SMON trapped and ignored.."

this appears in the alert log:

ORA-00604 (See ORA-00604.ora-code.com): error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01578 (See ORA-01578.ora-code.com): ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 1, block # 1874)
ORA-01110 (See ORA-01110.ora-code.com): data file 1: '/dba02/oradata/orcl/system01.dbf'


In the trace file it has the SMON statement with the ORA- error.
